We offer two admissions options: General Admission tickets are available Wednesdays through Mondays and VIP Two-Day Passes are available Wednesdays through Sundays. Drop-in general admission tickets are available as capacity allows.
We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets online. Tickets are available for purchase up to four weeks in advance of your visit.
Admission Tickets
Tickets purchased online are valid for the designated day of admission. Your admission ticket provides access to the Admiral Nimitz Gallery, George H. W. Bush Gallery, and the Pacific Combat Zone. Once in the Gallery, you may enjoy exhibits until the Museum complex closes at 5:00 PM.
Doors open at 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM. Visitors purchasing tickets after 3:00 PM should expect an abbreviated visit.
The Memorial Courtyard and Japanese Garden of Peace are open daily until 5:00 PM free of charge. You may enjoy these at your leisure until the complex closes.
The Pacific Combat Zone is open Wed-Mon 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

VIP Two-Day Passes
Many visitors prefer a more leisurely visit to the National Museum of the Pacific War. VIP Two-Day Passes provide access for two consecutive days and include in-and-out privileges from 9:00 AM the day of your initial visit to 5:00 PM the following day. COVID-19 Guidelines
- We recommend that you wear a mask when in any of the Museum buildings. If you don't have a mask but wish to wear one, we will be happy to provide a disposable mask for your comfort.
- We encourage you to be mindful of social distances when in the buildings, and wash your hands, refrain from touching your face, and use hand sanitizer.

To reschedule your tickets. We understand that plans change. We will do our best to accommodate requests for rescheduling. Please call 830-997-8600 for more information.
To refund your tickets. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled general admission will receive a 100% refund. Tickets are non-refundable within 24 hours of the general admission and are considered a donation to the museum in support of our mission to educate and inspire present and future generations about WWII in the Asiatic Pacific Theater and the relevance of its lessons.
