Please Note!: The Museum is currently undergoing a renovation of its George H.W. Bush Gallery. The renovation is scheduled for completion in Fall 2025, but there’s still plenty to explore across our campus in the meantime! Click here to learn more about the renovation.
What does your ticket include?
General admission includes access to the Submarine Exhibit, the Admiral Nimitz Gallery, the Pacific Combat Zone exhibits, and The Rescue, our new immersive experience.
Note:The Museum is open Wed-Mon (Closed Tuesday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Tickets are valid only for the selected date, and guests arriving after 3:00 PM should expect a shorter visit.
The Memorial Courtyard and Japanese Garden of Peace are free and open daily until 5:00 PM.
The Pacific Combat Zone closes at 4:30 PM.

Tickets are available Wednesdays through Mondays. Drop-in tickets are available as capacity allows.
We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets online. Tickets are available for purchase up to four weeks in advance of your visit.

To reschedule your tickets. We understand that plans change. We will do our best to accommodate requests for rescheduling. Please call 830-997-8600 for more information.
To refund your tickets. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled general admission will receive a 100% refund. Tickets are non-refundable within 24 hours of the general admission and are considered a donation to the museum in support of our mission to educate and inspire present and future generations about WWII in the Asiatic Pacific Theater and the relevance of its lessons.
Round-Up to Support the Mission. Every Round-Up donation matters, whether it's $1 or any other amount. You may add a Round-Up in any amount to your shopping cart on the next page.
