The Admiral Nimitz Foundation, a nonprofit organization, operates the National Museum of the Pacific War (collectively “us”, “we”, “our” or the “Museum”) and this Site. “Site” means this website, the Museum’s mobile application, or any other digital channel in which the Museum maintains an established presence through a service or application.
