Homeschool Day

Every quarter, the National Museum of the Pacific War hosts a Homeschool Day!

This time, we are exploring the War of Words — the propaganda of World War II. Learn how governments on every side used posters, radio broadcasts, films, and cartoons to rally support, ration resources, and shape public opinion. Analyze real wartime messages, design your own poster, and sharpen your media literacy skills with hands-on activities, crafts, games, worksheets, and genuine WWII artifacts!

Join us at the Degner Classroom (inside the main museum) on Friday, November 13, at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, or 2:00 PM.

(Homeschool Day does NOT include admission to the Bush Gallery. Children ages 5 and up must purchase a ticket to attend. Children ages 4 and under may attend for free. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults DO NOT need to purchase a ticket.)
