Research Library
The Center for Pacific War Studies library collections contain more than 6,000 titles that researchers can identify through our online catalog. Though the Center for Pacific War Studies does not lend books, researchers are welcome to use them by making an appointment with our Archivist / Librarian. Books will then be pulled by staff for use by patrons in the Roger Pineau Reading Room at the Center for Pacific War Studies. New titles are added to the catalog regularly.
If you would like to learn more about what is offered or would like research assistance, contact our Director of the Archives and Library, Chris McDougal, who can be reached at cmcdougal@nimitzfoundation.org or 830-997-8600 ext. 264.
The Center for Pacific War Studies is open to the public, by appointment, Monday to Friday between the normal working hours of 9 AM – 5 PM.
