Summer Camp

This year the National Museum of the Pacific War (NMPW) was selected to be one of 40 museums to pilot an innovative approach to using games to explore the rich resources of the nation's museums.

This summer, we are looking for high school counselors to help lead a variety of lessons on block programming that will be taught to middle school students here in Hill Country. Hosted at Texas Tech University at Hill Country University Center, middle school students will dive into what game design is, learn about block programming, play games, form friendships, and design their own game to submit in a competition.
