Volunteers play a crucial role in helping us preserve the story of WWII in the Pacific. They are the backbone of the museum. 


Volunteer are crucial and important to the operation of the museum. Each year volunteers  provide over 10,000 hours of service. As volunteers you help to maintain the excellent reputation the museum has earned. 



• Assist in Education Department
• Gallery Attendant
• Plaque Program Volunteer
• Special Events (Nimitz Dinner, Golf Tournament, Symposium, and other Annual Programs)
• Living History (Reenactor, Greeters, Ticket Takers, Ushers, 
• Oral history interviewers and transcribers (get a fascinating glimpse into first-person history)
