Fleet Admiral Nimitz Legacy Society
The Fleet Admiral Nimitz Legacy Society is a circle of individuals and families who have made provisions in their estates for future gifts to the Admiral Nimitz Foundation. Such a planned gift is any gift, made in lifetime or at death as part of a one’s overall financial and/or estate planning. Planned giving is a process using tax and financial planning methods that allow one to achieve both their financial and their philanthropic objectives in the most efficient way possible.
Whether one uses cash, appreciated securities/stock, real estate, artwork, partnership interests, personal property, life insurance, a retirement plan, etc., the benefits of funding a planned gift can make this type of charitable giving very attractive to both donor and charity.
The Admiral Nimitz Foundation supports the National Museum of the Pacific War, in Fredericksburg, Texas, hometown of Fleet Admiral Chester W. Nimitz, Commander-in-Chief of the Pacific forces during World War II, is a long-standing permanent institution whose growth and evolution has made it worthy of your investment in its future. Your gift will ensure the future of this world-class museum, and ensure the story of the sacrifices and victories in the Pacific will always be remembered and honored.
